Jesse has been a member of the CTAA since 2009.  In addition to photography, Jesse makes jewelry and dabbles in oil painting.  He can be reached via email at: jecoulson@sbcglobal.

May "Artist of the Month" - Gale Cochran-Smith
Gale's photograph "Tom Tom" was taken on her ranch in rural Montague county.  Wild turkeys in spring mating plumage are an endless source of entertainment as "ranch TV". The males puff up their chests and boom, while dragging the tips of their wings on the ground.  Their tails spread out to a beautiful fan, and their wattles change from pink to bright red.

Gale has been a member of CTAA since 2007, and has held the office of Vice President or President since 2009.   In addition to photography, Gale works in watercolor and pastels.  Her work can be seen on her website:  www.shadowridgegraphics.com as well as at The Art Gallery in Saint Jo, Texas.  She can be reached via email at galecsmith@gmail.com.

June "Artist of the Month" - Jan Reid
