The art of Nancy Standlee is vibrant and often thought-provoking. Her work in watercolor, acrylic, gouache, collage and other multimedia, is vibrant and colorful - often showing wonderful movement and life. She considers each new project as the first day of a journey, and is often surprised at how a painting turns out.
Nancy is a founding member of Canvas by Canvas, a collaborative art group in Arlington, Texas. She is a member of the Society of Watercolor Artists, Southwestern Watercolor Society, and the International Society of Acrylic Painters.
Nancy also teaches workshops in collage and mixed media paintings.
