After twenty-seven years as a successful, award-winning portrait and wedding photographer, Larry began a new career as a professional artist. Once described by a gentleman in Stephenville as "Texas Pop", Larry's style of bold colors and symmetrical design elements capture Texas in a most unusual manner. Larry's Texas-inspired art is bold, colorful, often whimsical and unapollogetically bursting with Texas pride to the point of obsession.
In addition to pursuing his own personal art projects, Larry shares his love for art through teaching both publicly and privately. Larry has been nominated for the honor of 2009 Texas State Artist.
